Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Executive.



The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and managing a pipeline of prospects, and driving revenue growth through targeted outreach. The Business Development Executive will conduct research on target accounts, engage decision-makers via calls, emails, and digital channels, and present Market Disc’s solutions in a clear, value-focused manner. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and opportunity development teams, tracking activities in CRM tools, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, gathering feedback from the market, and collaborating on continuous improvement of outreach strategies.
