Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Operations Senior Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth and efficient employee lifecycle. The role will cover onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, HR systems, MIS, analytics, grievance handling and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
Coordinate and execute employee onboarding, including documentation, background verification, HRIS updates and joining formalities.
Manage exit formalities, including resignation processing, clearance, exit documentation and coordination for full & final settlement.
Handle employee grievances and queries, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation where required.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, documentation and HR data.
Prepare and share monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Manage employee data and transactions on HR systems/HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.




Prepare and maintain regular HR MIS and reports covering headcount, attrition, onboarding, exits, employee movements and other HR metrics.
Support HR analytics through data analysis, dashboards and identification of key trends and insights.
Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
Support employees on HR policies, processes and lifecycle-related queries.
Ensure adherence to defined HR processes, policies and statutory requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.

Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Shared Services.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience in onboarding, exits, payroll inputs and grievance handling.
Experience working on HRIS/HR systems and maintaining employee data.
Positive knowledge of MIS, reporting and HR analytics.
