Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting service offerings, and converting inquiries into successful sales for home appliance repair, electrical solutions, and painting services. The specialist will manage customer relationships, handle service inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the operations team to schedule services,



supporting promotional campaigns, and providing basic training or guidance to team members on sales processes. The role also includes contributing to local marketing initiatives, gathering customer feedback, and helping improve service delivery and brand awareness.
