Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the store, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Apple products and solutions, ensuring a high-quality buying experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets,



explaining product features and benefits, handling queries, processing transactions, and supporting upselling and cross-selling initiatives. The role also involves maintaining product displays, staying updated on Apple product launches and promotions, coordinating with the service team for customer support, and accurately documenting sales activities. The Sales Executive will work closely with store leadership and team members to contribute to overall store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Solid retail sales and customer service abilities, with a focus on understanding customer needs and closing sales effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical features in simple, clear language.
Basic knowledge of Apple products, operating systems, and accessories, with a willingness to continuously learn about new offerings.
