Role Description As a Social Media Manager at Bytescare, you will oversee the company’s presence across social platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication. In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, you will plan and execute social media campaigns, create and schedule posts,



and manage daily platform activity to increase reach and engagement. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop social media strategies that support brand protection messaging and lead generation. The role includes monitoring social media trends, optimizing content and posting schedules, responding to audience interactions, and reporting on performance metrics to inform continuous improvement. You will also contribute to community-building efforts, support reputation management, and help identify opportunities to amplify Bytescare’s thought leadership in digital brand protection.
Qualifications

Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across major platforms.
Ability to develop and manage effective Content Strategy tailored to different social channels and audience segments.
