Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketeer – Social Media & Digital Marketing who can take ownership of the day-to-day execution and growth of BVM's digital presence.

This is not just a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands content, audiences, platforms, paid promotion, analytics, and conversion — and can turn a content calendar into measurable growth.



You will be responsible for ensuring that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time, across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Execution
Manage day-to-day publishing across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and X
Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, announcements, and other content
Write engaging and platform-appropriate captions, copy, CTAs, hashtags and descriptions
Decide the appropriate timing and frequency of posts based on platform, audience and content type
Ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule
Maintain and execute the social media content calendar
2. Audience Growth & Content Promotion
Understand BVM's different audiences — exhibitors, MSMEs, entrepreneurs, visitors, business delegates, investors, speakers, partners and policymakers
Identify which content should be promoted to which audience and on which platform
Plan and execute paid promotions
