About EnglishBhashi
EnglishBhashi is a product-led EdTech company building AI-powered language learning experiences for learners across India. Our mission is to make spoken English learning more personalized, practical, and accessible, particularly for learners from Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 cities.
We are looking for an experienced Fractional Product Manager who can take meaningful ownership of our product and growth initiatives and work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.
About The Role
This is a high-ownership, founder-style product role.
You will work approximately 3 hours per day with flexible working hours. The expectation is not about being available for a fixed number of hours, but about taking ownership of defined product outcomes and consistently moving them forward.
You will be expected to think independently, identify opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, work with data and users, and drive initiatives from:
Problem → Insight → Hypothesis → Product → Launch → Measurement → Iteration
You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, and Community teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Understand EnglishBhashi's product, users, business model, and growth objectives.
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact product opportunities.
Own and continuously improve the product roadmap.
Define product priorities based on user impact, business value, data, and execution effort.
Convert ambiguous business problems into clear product opportunities and initiatives.
Work closely with the Founder on product strategy and key product decisions.
User Research & Product Discovery
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and qualitative research.
Develop a deep understanding of our learners, particularly Tier 2/3/4 audiences.
Analyze user feedback, reviews, support conversations, and behavioral patterns.
