Sales Application Engineer / Business Development Executive.

We are looking for a motivated candidate to support technical sales, application engineering, and business development for ASPCV's renewable energy and industrial energy-efficiency solutions.

Qualification & Background

* M.Sc. in Physics or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Thermal, Civil, Energy, or related disciplines.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Prior experience in business development, sales, application engineering, HVAC, heat pumps, renewable energy, energy efficiency, or industrial solutions will be an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* English and Hindi language proficiency will be an advantage.
* Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand customer requirements and identify suitable ASPCV solutions.
* Support technical and commercial proposal preparation.
* Interact with customers and participate in technical and commercial discussions.




* Support product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
* Coordinate with engineering and production teams for customer requirements.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
* Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
* Develop and maintain robust customer relationships.
* Support the sales team in converting opportunities into projects.
* Assist in basic technical calculations, energy-saving assessments, and solution development.

Training & Development

Prior industry experience is not mandatory.

If the candidate has the right educational background, willingness to learn, and interest in cleantech and industrial energy solutions, ASPCV is happy to provide the required technical and business development training.

Training will be provided on Heat Pumps, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Waste Heat Recovery, ORC, and other ASPCV solutions, along with tech
