Role Description The Biotechnology Laboratory Assistant will support day-to-day laboratory operations in a full-time, in office role based in Ghazipur. Responsibilities include preparing and handling samples and reagents, assisting in the manufacturing and testing of homeopathic formulations, and operating basic laboratory equipment under supervision. The role involves maintaining accurate records, labeling and storing materials correctly,



and following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The assistant will help with routine quality checks, cleaning and organizing laboratory spaces, and collaborating with senior staff to ensure smooth production workflows. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to regulatory standards, and a robust commitment to safety and hygiene in the lab environment.
Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of biology, biotechnology, or related life sciences, with the ability to understand basic laboratory methods and processes.
Competence in handling laboratory glassware and equipment, including preparation of solutions, sample handling, and routine maintenance under guidance.
