Applicant will be a part of India team focussing on development of BLDC solutions of fans and appliances .
Role Description The Engineer R&D; BLDC role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing BLDC motor control systems and related power electronics, ensuring performance, reliability, and safety standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting R&D; activities, performing simulations and hardware testing, analyzing data,



and iterating on designs to support recent product development and enhancements. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications, support prototyping, troubleshoot technical issues, and document designs and test results. The role also involves staying current with BLDC technologies, industry standards, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, troubleshooting, and optimization of BLDC designs.
Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), with a focus on BLDC motors or power electronics.
Hands-on skills in Testing and validation of motor control systems, power supplies, and related components.
Background in Research and Product Development, including concept design, prototyping, and product lifecycle support.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineerin
