About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with knowledge of industrial water treatment and the ability to develop new customers and convert business opportunities into orders.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new enquiries and develop business from power plants, aluminium, steel and other process industries.
Identify and approach potential customers for water treatment chemicals and solutions.
Develop relationships with plant heads, purchase teams, technical teams and water-treatment professionals.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to offer suitable solutions.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, trials and commercial negotiations and convert them into orders.
Develop new accounts while maintaining robust relationships with existing customers.




Regularly visit industrial plants and customer locations across Chhattisgarh, Odisha and nearby states.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
Desired Knowledge & Experience
The candidate should have a good understanding of industrial water treatment processes, particularly:
Cooling Water Treatment
RO
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
Water treatment practices in Power Plants
Water treatment in Aluminium, Steel and other manufacturing/process industries

Experience in marketing water treatment chemicals, coagulants, flocculants, or related products will be an advantage.
