Role Description The Cross Sell role is a full-time, on-site position based in India, focused on expanding product penetration among existing customers of Axis Max Life Insurance Limited and its distribution partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying cross-sell opportunities from existing portfolios, explaining suitable insurance and savings products aligned with customer needs, and ensuring accurate and compliant policy issuance. The role involves collaborating with branch and sales teams, following a structured sales process, and maintaining high standards of customer service and follow-up. The position also requires maintaining detailed records of interactions, achieving individual and team targets, and adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
