The Role: Sales Closer
Remote · Full-time · 40 hours per week
You own the final stage of the sales process. You will run virtual sales calls and demos with warm, qualified leads, handle objections, explain product features, pricing and terms, and close the deal. This is a closing role, not cold outreach.
Compensation
Base salary: INR 300000 – 564000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission on closed deals.
What you will do
• Run virtual sales calls and product demos with prospective customers
• Address questions and objections from both teens and their parents
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and terms
• Prepare and review proposals and manage payment arrangements
• Follow up on warm leads and keep the pipeline moving
• Work closely with sales and customer success to support renewals and referrals
Requirements
• Proven experience selling to teenagers and their parents — this is required
• Experience selling to a United States audience, with solid command of US English and cultural fluency
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a closing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication; empathetic, consultative approach
• Comfortable with CRM tools, video meeting platforms, and basic productivity software
• Able to work independently in a remote setting and cover US time zones
• Consultative or SaaS sales background in health, education, or technology is a plus
