Role Description The Branch Relationship Manager – Bancassurance will be responsible for managing and growing insurance business sourced through bank branches in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role includes building robust relationships with bank staff,



supporting them in selling Zurich Kotak General Insurance products, and ensuring achievement of branch and individual sales targets. The role involves regular branch visits, conducting product trainings, driving customer engagement activities, and resolving customer and partner queries in a timely manner. The Branch Relationship Manager will monitor performance metrics, prepare periodic business reports, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance, servicing, and claims support. This position also requires maintaining compliance with regulatory and company guidelines while promoting a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Qualifications

Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving targets in bancassurance, insurance
