Filumart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to acquire new buyers and sellers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage customer relationships and support business onboarding.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
- Plan and execute digital, social media, and offline marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead-generation, and customer acquisition targets.
- Work closely with the management team to support Filumart’s market expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in B2B, Marketplace, E-commerce, or Technology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
