Experience

1+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or applied AI projects
Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot
Experience building agentic workflows and integrating external tools through MCP servers or equivalent tool-use frameworks
Experience taking an AI tool or agent from build to production
Experience with Docker, hosting, and monitoring in a real environment
Ability to demonstrate AI tools used to build, deploy, and improve efficiency,
quality, or speed in a professional context
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering
Master’s degree in computer engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations across the firm
Work on the Claude ecosystem alongside other AI platforms
Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for AI tools and agents
Collaborate with teams across the firm to identify automation opportunities
Review and validate AI-generated outputs before internal or client-facing use
Evaluate new AI tools and platforms for potential adoption
Document technical approaches clearly
