Role Description The Vice President & Head Product Pricing is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Mumbai. This position oversees pricing strategy for life insurance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market competitiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the pricing team, reviewing and approving pricing models and assumptions, collaborating with product development, actuarial, finance,



and distribution teams, and monitoring profitability and portfolio performance. The role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to refine pricing frameworks and recommend product enhancements. The individual will also establish governance standards, create clear pricing policies, and regularly report insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in life insurance product pricing, actuarial principles, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and portfolio performance monitoring.
Experience in product development, market research, and competitive analysis within financial services or insurance.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
