About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development & Client Acquisition Intern to help build Curd Rice’s client pipeline and growth opportunities.
You will work closely with the founding and business development team to identify potential clients, understand their businesses, connect with decision-makers, initiate conversations, follow up on opportunities, and support the client acquisition process.
This is a sales-oriented, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys communication, research, networking, persuasion, and creating business opportunities.
You will get hands-on exposure to B2B sales, consulting, client acquisition, business development, and growth strategy.

What You'll Do




Identify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
Build targeted prospect lists based on defined client profiles.
Identify founders, CEOs, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
Understand prospect companies, industries, business models, and potential challenges.
Initiate conversations through LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
Create personalised outreach messages with the support of AI tools.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a structured follow-up pipeline.
Qualify prospects based on business need, fit, urgency, and opportunity.
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Curd Rice team.
Maintain accurate CRM and prospect records.
Track outreach, responses, meetings, opportunities, and conversions.
Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and introductory material.
Research new industries, sectors, and markets for business opportunities.
