About InterPool
InterPool is a carpool and bikepool platform live on both the App Store and Play Store, built from the ground up starting with a single Mumbai commute corridor and now growing across Maharashtra. We're founder-led, fast-moving, and every early team member has real, direct ownership over what they build, not busywork behind a big-company name.

The Role
We're looking for one student to own carpool adoption for their own campus and its commute corridor, essentially running it like a founder would run a current territory. This isn't a task list handed down to you, you'll decide your own approach and be accountable for real outcomes.

What you'll actually do:
Identify ride givers and joiners across your campus, using whatever channels make sense to you, classes, hostels, clubs, WhatsApp groups
Personally connect givers and joiners, working directly to get real matches happening on your campus
Run a continuous feedback loop, talk to actual users, figure out what's blocking adoption,



and report back weekly with what you're learning
Prepare emissions-saved data for your campus corridor, this feeds directly into InterPool's sustainability data

What you own:
A specific target for active weekly riders from your campus, set together at the start
Full latitude on tactics, we're not scripting your outreach for you
Your own corridor and campus as your territory
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled at a Pune-based college (any year, any discipline)
Based in or regularly commuting through Pune
Comfortable reaching out to people directly, cold conversations don't scare you
Genuinely interested in sustainability, mobility, or early-stage startups
Self-starter, we're a small team, you'll get real trust and real ownership, not hand-holding
