Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, in office position based in Gondal. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting in training and development initiatives. The Senior Executive will collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning,
