Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Implementation Support role based in Bengaluru. The Implementation Support specialist will work closely with clients to configure and deploy Compport’s compensation modules according to their business requirements, ensuring accurate setup of workflows, rules, and user access. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, supporting data migration and validation, assisting with system testing, and coordinating go-live activities. The role involves responding to client queries, providing technical and functional support, diagnosing and resolving implementation-related issues, and escalating complex problems when needed. The specialist will also conduct user training sessions, prepare documentation and guides, and collaborate with product and technology teams to improve implementation processes and client experience.
