About the Role

Cargosrate is a B2B technology platform transforming how companies manage and procure international freight and logistics services.
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a strong quality mindset to take ownership of testing across our platform. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to validate new features, test complex end-to-end workflows, uncover edge cases, and ensure every release is reliable, reliable, and ready for production.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond predefined test cases — someone who actively investigates how the product can fail and identifies issues before they reach customers.

Responsibilities

Perform Manual, Exploratory, Functional, Regression, and API Testing
Design and maintain effective test cases and test scenarios
Test web and mobile experiences across browsers and devices
Validate APIs and backend workflows using tools such as Postman
Test complex end-to-end business workflows and edge cases
Identify, reproduce, prioritize, and document defects with clear evidence and reproduction steps




Verify fixes and conduct regression testing before production releases
Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout the development and release cycle
Continuously improve test coverage, QA processes, and overall release quality

Qualifications

5+ years of professional Software QA experience
Strong expertise in Manual and Exploratory Testing
Hands-on experience with API Testing and Postman
Strong understanding of Functional and Regression Testing
Experience testing modern web and mobile applications
Excellent analytical and defect-investigation skills
Ability to produce clear, actionable, high-quality bug reports
Experience with SaaS or B2B Marketplace platforms is preferred
Experience in freight, shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology is highly preferred
Familiarity with workflows such as RFQs, freight rates, bookings, shipment tracking, and shipping documentation is a strong a
