Key Responsibilities
• Own the P&L; and overall business performance of the credit card portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, spends, engagement, retention and portfolio growth.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with issuer banks, card networks and other ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business prospects, partnership models and growth levers.
• Drive portfolio performance by monitoring key business and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Improve customer engagement and maximise long-term customer value.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Growth, Marketing and Analytics teams to enhance the proposition and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure regulatory and governance alignment.
• Lead senior-level negotiations with banks, card networks and strategic partners.
• Establish business goals, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing team across portfolio management,



partnerships and growth.

• Present business performance, strategic priorities and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Credit Cards, Payments, Fintech, Banking or Consumer Lending.
• Experience with large-scale portfolios, issuer partnerships or co-branded card programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit card economics, portfolio metrics and the complete customer lifecycle.
• Experience managing or contributing to portfolio P&L;, revenue growth or commercial performance.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced workplace.
