Role Description The AGM – Security & Facility Services will oversee day-to-day facility operations and security management for VISCO India’s properties in Gurugram. This full time, on-site role includes supervising security teams, coordinating with facility service providers, and ensuring adherence to safety, compliance,



and ESG-related standards. The role involves monitoring building systems and infrastructure, managing housekeeping and maintenance activities, and implementing preventive and corrective action plans. The AGM will develop and enforce security protocols, handle incident reporting and risk mitigation, and maintain relationships with vendors, authorities, and internal stakeholders. The position also requires preparing operational reports, managing budgets for facility and security services, and driving continuous improvement in occupant experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in facility operations and property management, including oversight of maintenance, housekeeping, and building services.
Demonstrated experience in security management, including access control, surveillance systems, incident handling, and risk assessment.
