Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Calling and Sales Executive based in Udaipur. The Cold Calling and Sales Executive will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients,



introduce Synexis Solution’s services, and qualify leads for further engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing basic proposals, and providing clear information about services and pricing. The executive will also handle initial customer queries, support relationship building with key prospects, and contribute feedback to improve sales scripts and outreach strategies.
