About the role
We are looking for a curious, proactive intern to work closely with the Business Head on Prefyle’s early go-to-market and business-development efforts.
This is a strong learning opportunity for someone interested in startups, B2B SaaS, business development, financial markets, IPOs, compliance, and commercial strategy.
You will not be expected to independently sell a product or make legal/compliance claims. Your role is to support research, outreach preparation, pipeline management, and customer-learning activities.
What you will do
Research merchant bankers, BRLMs, IPO advisors, and relevant legal/compliance firms
Build and maintain a target-account and decision-maker list
Support LinkedIn, email, and outreach research
Help prepare meeting briefs, follow-up notes, and CRM updates
Track customer conversations, demos, pipeline stages,
and key insights
Conduct market and competitor research
Help prepare simple presentations, proposals, and GTM documents
Identify relevant industry events, communities, and partnership opportunities
Support weekly reporting and commercial planning
Content creation for our linkedin page.
