Role Description The YouTube and Podcast Channel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, growth, and optimization of client YouTube channels and podcast feeds in a remote capacity. This role includes planning content calendars, coordinating with creators and internal teams, and managing production workflows from raw files through to final uploads. The Channel Manager will optimize titles, descriptions, tags,



thumbnails, and show notes, schedule releases, and maintain consistent branding and publishing cadence across platforms. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking analytics, identifying growth opportunities, refining strategies based on performance, and ensuring episodes meet quality standards for audio, video, and storytelling. The position includes regular communication with clients to align on goals, deliver performance reports, and recommend experiments and improvements that support audience and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Ability to manage YouTube and podcast channels end-to-end, including content planning, scheduling, and maintaining consistent publishing workflows.
