About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy Field Associate to lead on-ground operations, citizen outreach, and data intelligence for an Assembly Constituency project in Punjab. This is a 6-month, high-impact contractual role embedded directly at the grassroots level of governance and political strategy.

Location: Punjab, India (On-site)
Duration: 6 Months (Full time Contract)
Monthly Stipend: ₹30,000 / month

Key Responsibilities
Oversee constituency-level development initiatives, public outreach drives, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
Execute field research, stakeholder mapping, and qualitative ground-intelligence gathering.
Build and maintain daily operational trackers, field reports,



and structured spreadsheets using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Liaise seamlessly between local ground networks, party cadre, and the central strategic team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Tools: Must own a personal laptop for daily reporting and data management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: Prior background in political consulting, election campaigns, governance fellowships, or grassroots operations is strongly preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and strong communication skills. (Working knowledge of Punjabi or Hindi is a major plus).
Mindset: High ownership, agility, and readiness to live on-ground with irregular field hours.
