nThe Prospect
nWe are looking for a talented and curious Senior Content Designer to join our Bengaluru studio. In this role, you will work focused on one of our key client engagements within the healthcare and life sciences sector - designing digital products, services, and experiences that are grounded in user insight and connected to measurable business outcomes.

nAs a Senior Content Designer, you will combine content craft, systems thinking, and strategic insight to help people understand, navigate, and trust complex experiences. You will collaborate with product designers, researchers, engineers,



and business stakeholders to create content that supports user needs while driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
nOperating at the intersection of communication and experience design, you will play a critical role in ensuring that user experience is effective at every touchpoint.

nKey Responsibilities
n· Shape clear, intuitive, and accessible content across digital products, services, and user journeys, helping people understand, navigate, and complete tasks with confidence.
n· Design conversational experiences for AI-powered products, defining prompts, responses, interaction patterns, and content structures that create useful, trustworthy experiences.
n· Translate complex healthcare, business, and technical concepts into simple, human-centred language that reflects user needs and context.
n· Partner closely with designers, researchers, engineers, and product teams
