Role Description The Team Lead role at Delhivery in Kanpur is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the facility or hub. The Team Lead coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, monitors performance metrics, and ensures adherence to service-level agreements, safety standards,



and quality guidelines. This role includes supervising a team of operations associates, assigning tasks, managing shift schedules, and resolving operational issues in real time.
