Role Description The Life Insurance Agent role at LIC is a part-time, hybrid position based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. In this role, the agent identifies prospective clients,



explains LIC’s insurance products, and helps individuals choose plans that align with their financial goals and protection needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients in person or virtually, conducting needs-based assessments, preparing and presenting quotations, and assisting clients with policy applications and documentation. The agent provides ongoing customer service by responding to queries, supporting premium payments, and guiding policyholders through claim processes when needed. The position also involves maintaining accurate records, staying informed about current and existing products, and participating in LIC training and development programs to enhance professional skills.
