Role Description This is a full time,



on-site Purchasing Executive role based in Mumbai. The Purchasing Executive will handle end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating procurement for interior fit-out materials, fixtures, and services. The role involves sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules. The Purchasing Executive will collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and the manufacturing facility to maintain optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency. The role also includes maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting compliance with company policies and quality standards.
