Role Overview :
As a Digital Marketing Associate (Campus Hire), you will work alongside experienced marketers to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, paid media, social media, email, and content channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for fresh graduates eager to build a robust foundation in modern marketing.

Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in planning and executing B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.




• Support SEO efforts — keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
• Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube).
• Draft email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber lists using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and social insights — and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform strategy.
• Assist with website content updates using CMS platforms (WordPress / Webflow).
• Support influencer outreach and affiliate marketing programs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
