Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Modeling & Texturing role based in Hyderabad. The role involves creating high-quality 3D assets, including characters, environments, props, and hard-surface models, aligned with project requirements and visual style. The 3D Artist will develop and apply detailed textures, materials, and shaders, ensuring realism or stylization as needed for film and VFX pipelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with concept artists, animators, and VFX teams, optimizing models for performance,



maintaining clean topology and UV layouts, and iterating based on feedback from supervisors and directors. The role also requires maintaining asset consistency across projects, documenting workflows, and meeting production timelines in a team-oriented studio environment.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong 3D modeling skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender) and a solid understanding of topology and UV mapping.
Candidates should possess texturing and material creation skills, including experience with tools such as Substance Painter/Designer, Mari, or Photoshop, and an understanding of PBR workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in working within VFX/film pipelines, including asset integration, basic lighting and rendering knowledge, and familiarity with tools such as Houdini, Nuke, or similar.
