Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales & Lead Generation Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining prospect lists, and conducting outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to key decision-makers in target markets. The executive will nurture leads through the sales pipeline,



schedule and support sales presentations or demos, and collaborate with the internal team to align solutions with client needs. Daily tasks include managing CRM records, tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activities. The role also includes coordinating with marketing on campaigns and content that support lead generation and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with experience using CRM tools to track and convert opportunities.
Strong sales capabilities, including consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, ideally within construction, engineering, or related technical industries.
Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to present solutions to diverse stakeholders.
