ROCKPAPER RUNWAY is looking for an experienced SEO Freelancer to support our organic growth initiatives.

This is a project-based opportunity for someone who can take ownership of SEO, from identifying opportunities and prioritizing improvements to implementing strategies that drive measurable organic growth.

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and focused on business outcomes rather than just rankings.

What You'll Do
Conduct technical and on-page SEO audits
Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, and technical SEO issues
Perform keyword and search-intent research
Optimize existing pages and content for organic search
Develop internal linking strategies
Identify new content and organic growth opportunities
Work with Google Search Console and SEO tools to monitor performance
Recommend and implement technical SEO improvements
Track rankings, impressions, clicks,



organic traffic, and conversions
Create a prioritized SEO roadmap and execute against it
Provide explicit reporting on work completed and results

What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on SEO experience
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content SEO
Experience with Google Search Console and tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Ability to diagnose SEO problems independently
Strong understanding of search intent and keyword strategy
Evidence of organic growth achieved on previous projects
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
B2B, SaaS, technology, or agency SEO experience is a plus
Clear communication and structured approach to work
