Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role under third-party payroll, based in Meerut with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s range of computer hardware and peripherals. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and preparing regular sales reports. The Sales Executive is expected to build strong customer relationships, stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, and represent the company professionally in the local market.
Qualifications

Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
Ability to understand and explain computer hardware and peripherals, with interest in technology and IT products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM or sales tracking systems for maintaining records and reports.
Prior experience in IT hardware distribution, retail, or B2B sale
