Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute online marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement for Strike & Smash. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes planning and running digital campaigns, managing social media channels, optimizing content and ads, and monitoring performance across platforms. The specialist will track and analyze web and campaign analytics,



prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with operations and sales teams to support promotions, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and identifying new digital opportunities to reach cricket enthusiasts and potential customers.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns and user journeys.
Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused content.
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic knowledge of PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta
