Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive and Group Leader based in Beed. The role involves meeting and onboarding merchants and customers to the Paytm platform, explaining product features, and supporting them in using Paytm services, including UPI and digital payments. The Sales Executive and Group Leader will drive local sales targets, monitor performance of the assigned territory, and lead a small team to achieve acquisition and usage goals. Daily activities include planning field visits, conducting product demos, collecting feedback,



maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution. The role also requires promoting Paytm’s saving and payment features, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and representing Paytm’s brand and values in the local market.
Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management in a field sales or similar workplace.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain digital payment products clearly to diverse users.
Comfort with mobile apps and digital payment technologies; prior experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Beed, manage field activities, and adapt to a dynamic, results-driven environment.
