Role Description The Multi Site Security & Facility Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing security and facility operations across multiple properties. This role includes managing security teams and vendors, implementing and monitoring safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The manager will coordinate maintenance activities,



supervise housekeeping and technical services, and optimize facility operations to support business continuity. Daily responsibilities also involve conducting site inspections, managing incident reporting and resolution, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers. The role requires proactive risk management, budget oversight for facility and security functions, and continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and occupant experience.
Qualifications
Robust security management skills, including risk assessment, incident response, and vendor supervision across multiple sites.
Experience in facility operations, including maintenance coordination, housekeeping oversight, and building services management.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with the ability to implement and audit compliance standards.
