- Develop and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning N
- Lead the account team in developing and executing successful advertising campaigns N
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a high level of service delivery N
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders N
- Work with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to deliver successful campaigns on time and within budget N
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop proposals to win new business N




- Responsible for identifying training needs for their team members and also be able to train them in certain areas N

nRequirements:

- Bachelor‘s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field N
- 4-5 years of experiencein account management within an advertising agency N
- Excellent communicationand leadership skills N
- Strong understanding ofdigital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels N
- Proven track record of successful account management and client retention N
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment N
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills N
