Role Description The Plant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri, responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. This role involves monitoring production activities, coordinating workforce schedules, and guiding plant staff to follow standard operating procedures. The Plant Supervisor will supervise equipment usage, support plant maintenance activities,
and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
