Role Description The Insurance Consultant role at Bajaj Life is a part-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role,



the consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs, recommend suitable life insurance products, and explain policy features, advantages, and terms in a clear and compliant manner. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized consultations, supporting customers through the application and documentation process, and following up on leads generated through various channels. The consultant will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate policy issuance, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bajaj Life products and regulatory guidelines, and contribute to sales targets through ethical and customer-centric advice. Regular interaction with customers, both in person and via phone or digital platforms, is expected to maintain strong relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
