Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Assistant Sales Manager / Deputy Sales Manager / High Net Worth Individual Relationship Manager.



The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, understanding their real estate needs, and offering tailored property solutions. Responsibilities include driving sales through structured meetings, property consultations, and site visits, as well as maintaining solid relationships with clients to support repeat and referral business. The position also requires collaborating with internal teams and developers, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and smooth transaction closures. The role includes tracking sales performance, reporting key metrics to leadership, and contributing to local business development initiatives in the Chennai market.
