Role Description The HR Generalist Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on core HR functions, workplace policies, and professional skills for learners at GVT Academy. This full-time,



in office role in Noida includes conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and practical exercises, as well as creating training materials, presentations, and assessments that align with organizational standards. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to identify training needs, updating content based on current HR best practices and labor regulations, and supporting participants through coaching and feedback. The HR Generalist Trainer will also maintain training records, gather participant feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR-related curricula and learning methodologies.
Qualifications
