nStrong hands-on experience with PRTG Network Monitor.
NStrong hands-on experience with LogicMonitor administration and monitoring.
NExperience working with REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
NExperience creating dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
NKnowledge of SNMP, WMI, SSH, PowerShell, Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, AWS, and network monitoring concepts.
NExperience scripting using PowerShell or Python for automation.

Understanding ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, and change management. N
nMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education
