Identify growth opportunities across existing and current businesses. N
Define strategic priorities aligned with shareholder expectations and market trends. N
Lead annual strategic planning and business review processes. N
Establish strategic KPIs and monitor execution. N

Identify current markets, customer segments, and product opportunities. N
Drive business expansion plans domestically and internationally. N
