Lead end-to-end delivery management for multiple clients across global regions, including USA, Europe, APAC, China, and Japan. N
Implement robust governance frameworks to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with operational standards. N
Drive metrics-based performance management and proactive risk mitigation strategies. N
Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. N

Formulate strategic account plans leveraging current footprint, capabilities, and partnerships. N
