Role Description The Regional Sales Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs for regional teams. This position includes conducting regular classroom and field training sessions, developing training materials, and tailoring content to different experience levels. The role involves assessing performance gaps,



providing coaching and feedback to sales personnel, and tracking training outcomes through measurable KPIs. The Regional Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with sales leadership to align training with business goals, support new hire onboarding, and ensure consistent adherence to sales processes and customer service standards. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines to integrate into training modules.
Qualifications
