Role Description

The role involves developing and integrating machine-control software, motion-control systems, electronics, sensors, actuators, heating systems, and robotic platforms to enable precise and reliable automated composite manufacturing. The engineer will work on the complete system, from hardware and firmware development to machine software, robotics, communication interfaces, process monitoring, and system integration.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Systems, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
3+ years of relevant industry experience in robotics, industrial automation, machine development, motion control, embedded systems, or advanced manufacturing equipment.
Solid programming skills in C/C++ and Python, with experience developing software for real-time control, hardware interfacing, automation, or robotics.
Strong experience with motion-control systems, including servo motors, drives, encoders, PLCs, motion controllers, CNC systems, or equivalent industrial control architectures.
